I made the template for this butterfly myself, but have included it here for you if you'd like to try it out.
Just open the photo of the pattern in a new tab and print it out.

The top part of the wings are to be placed on the fold of a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 top fold card base.
The large outline is the card base. The inside outline is to be cut from patterned paper.
